Cancelling a reservation at www.thepristinehotel.com is as fast and easy as booking one. We would love to have you, but in case your plans change, our simple cancellation process ensures you receive a quick confirmation and fast refunds.
We do not charge cancellation fees for bookings cancelled before 12:00 noon (local hotel time), 15 days prior to the date of arrival. However, for reservations cancelled within 15 days of arrival, after 12:00 noon (local hotel time), or in the event of a no-show on the check-in date, the total stay charges in full or the deposit paid (whichever is higher) will be levied.
20th December to 5th January: No cancellation charges will apply if the reservation is cancelled at least 90 days prior to the date of arrival. Thereafter, the total stay amount or 100% of the deposit paid will be charged.
If you decide to shorten your stay after the check-in date, you will be charged for the entire duration of the reservation as originally booked.
For reservations cancelled more than 15 days prior to the date of arrival, refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date we receive the customer’s bank account details.
(Not applicable during blackout periods.)
No refund will be processed for late cancellations (received within 15 days of the arrival date) or for no-shows on the date of arrival under any circumstances.
